Description
-St. John's Wort is a nervine that deeply balances and nourishes the nervous system.
It has been used by herbalists to help ease anxiety, seasonal affective disorder, and mild to moderate depression.

FOREST & FIELD St. John's Wort Tincture is hand harvested by Bailey River in the Mount Jefferson Wilderness of Central Oregon. The flowers were grown in volcanic, mineral rich soils that increase the efficacy.
Dosage: 5 drops-2 droppers full 2x daily depending on sensitivity to herbal medicine.
My body personally does well with smaller doses.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not take St. John's Wort with other medications. Due to this plant stimulating effect on the liver it may reduce the clearance time for certain pharmaceuticals so please check with your doctor before taking St. John’s wort. St. John’s wort may cause photosensitivity and should not be used during pregnancy without guidance.
